PRICING
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. TechSoko offers price protection during refunds and returns. If a product price increases before shipment, we will inform you. The product will be shipped based on your confirmation in such cases. If there are any additional charges or taxes, they will be disclosed on the website.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made before shipping unless using the cash on delivery (COD) payment method. Currently, COD is only available in Tanzania, and the limit is TZS 1,000,000. If the COD amount exceeds this limit, we will offer alternative payment methods. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments. You can trust our payment gateway partners to secure your transaction details.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Products will be shipped upon order confirmation. Shipping schedules are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipment delays. If unforeseen circumstances affect the shipment or delivery estimates, we will send an email with the updated dates.
RETURNS
We accept returns for defective, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete products, provided we are informed within 72 hours of product receipt. The returned products must be unused and in their original, unaltered packaging. For transit damage cases, report the issue within 24 hours, after which we may not accept the complaint.
REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE
TechSoko offers easy replacement for all products sold on www.techsoko.co.tz, under certain conditions.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Changes to orders or cancellations can be made before shipping. We may cancel any order before shipment if there are issues with the payment method.
CANCELLATION BY TechSoko
TechSoko.co.tz reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing information errors, product unavailability, or payment issues. If an order is cancelled, 100% payment will be refunded.
